Job Match is a project organised by Disability Action as part of the European Social Fund. It is aimed at people with disabilities aged 16 or over.

Job Match is delivered by a team of employment officers who provide personalised one-to-one support to people with disabilities to help them achieve paid work, including self employment in all sectors. Staff also provide advice, guidance, direction, and support to employers and the individual participant and their employer for the first six months while in work
